-How will we recognise our driver at the airport?
Your driver will hold a sign with your name or company logo and will be waiting for you at the exit of your arrival terminal. If you happen to be unable to find him, just call our number +39 3493627917 and we will connect you with your driver.
-If my flight arrives early, will my driver be waiting for me anyways?
Yes, our drivers check all flights so as to be at the airport upon landing.
-What happens if my flight is delayed?
The driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals. The agreed fee includes one hour of waiting time since landing. If for any reason there were further delays, the waiting time will be charged at an hourly rate depending on the type of vehicle.
-What if our flight details change?
Please call or send us an email as soon as possible, as to update your reservation with the new informations.
-Do the fees include parking and tolls?
Yes, our fees include parking and tolls.
-Is it possible to pay by credit card?
Yes, our vehicles are enabled to pay by card at no additional cost.

-Will the driver exceed the speed limit?
None of the drivers ever exceeds the speed limit allowed by law.
-Will my driver respect my privacy?
Absolutely yes. What is said in the car, stays in the car.
-Will my driver help me carry my luggage?
Yes, your driver will always be available to help you with your bags and luggage.
-Will my driver drive safely?
Yes. A good trip is firstly a safe trip. Your driver will always drive at a safe and sensible speed, in accordance with road conditions, traffic, weather and speed limits.
-Will my driver chat with the passengers?
It’s up to the passengers: every passenger is different and our drivers know it very well. One of the aspects of caring about the passenger is to understand when silence and privacy are needed and when a little chat would make the trip more enjoyable.
Questions about RESERVATIONS
-When am I supposed to pay?
If your trip is a short one, the full amount should be paid upon arrival at the destination. For longer trips a 50% deposit is required, with a final payment to the driver at the end of the trip.
-How far in advance should I book?
We advise our customers to book a few days in advance, especially in case of long trips. A reservation is required in case of tours, weddings and during major holidays.

No, our vehicles have permits to enter Controlled Traffic Zones (ZTL).
-Are there additional charges during night hours and public holidays?
Yes, we apply higher fees during late services (from 22 to 6) and for major holidays, like Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc…
-Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, the prices include the 10% VAT.

-Can I recharge my phone in the vehicle?
Yes, you can ask for it directly to the driver.
-Will my vehicle be clean?
Yes, every vehicle is washed daily and regularly cleaned.
-Will my vehicle be safe?
Yes, every vehicle is regularly controlled and maintained in order to travel safely.
-How old are the vehicles?
Our cars usually are no more than four years old.
-Is bottled water available in the vehicle?
Yes, we always keep some bottled water in the car and it's available without any extra charge.
-Can I eat and drink in the vehicle?
While it’s possible to drink water, eating is not allowed in the car.
