Terms of Use
In case of services requiring overnight staying of the driver, a reimbursement of
accommodation and meals will be requested.
The night service (from 22:00 to 6:00) is charged with a 20% increase of the ordinary
rate.
National holidays such as Christmas, Epiphany, Easter, Liberation, Workers Day, Day of
the Republic, Assumption, Immaculate Conception are charged with a 20% increase of the
ordinary rate.
In case of long-haul travel, a 50% deposit will be requested.
Any extension of the trip will be evaluated and accepted only after considering the
availability of drivers and vehicles, and it will result in an according extra charge.
Tips, while welcomed, are not requested.
If necessary, we reserve the right to change the vehicle or the driver at any time.
CANCELLATIONS
-In case of services performed in Bologna, cancellations communicated at least 3 working
hours before the start of the service will not be charged in any way. In case of shorter than
3 hours notice or no-show, we will apply a penalty of 100% of the booked service first day.
-In case of services performed in the Italian national territory, cancellations
communicated at least 6 working hours before the start of the service will not be charged
in any way. In case of shorter than 6 hours notice or no-show, we will apply a penalty of
100% of the booked service first day.
-In case of services performed outside the Italian national territory, cancellations
communicated at least 12 working hours before the start of the service will not be charged
in any way. In case of shorter than 12 hours notice or no-show, we will apply a penalty of
100% of the booked service first day.
